Founded by Audry Lambert (A van Aken Photography and DreamscapeFotos) and Rob Stratton (Rob Stratton Images), Mountain View Photographic Services is a full service photography and print studio nestled in the foothills of Alberta, close to Calgary. We are passionate about capturing the beauty in the everyday, whether that be the unexpected beauty of a drilling rig, the visible love emanating from a family, the glistening perfection of a beautiful horse, or simply stunning architecture and real-estate. Wherever your passion lies, we are here to capture it. Life is art!

Audry LAMBERT

From the stands of my son’s basketball games, I began my own journey in photography with a rented camera in my hands. A simple desire to capture the everyday moments in life has slowly grown to something more. From chronicling my two children’s lives, to taking glamour shots of my horses, three dogs and 20+ chickens, I am drawn to the stories that can be conveyed through photographs.

I know that posing in front of a camera can be intimidating, which is why I centre my work around creating a space that works for you. When you feel comfortable and confident, it translates into images that capture the essence of who you are. This is why building relationships with my clients that are based on trust and communication is central to my work.

Rob Stratton

I inherited my passion for photography from my dad, who loved to document life and new places. During my overseas military career, I used photos and videos to stay in touch with my family back home. Through working in remote sites in the oilfield and backcountry Alberta, I have gained an appreciation for the unexplored and isolated corners of our world, which allows me to bring a unique perspective to landscape and industrial images.

With over 20 years of experience with wildlife and landscape photography, a history of photographing wild events like Mud Bog Racing, and more recent experience with portraiture and wedding photography, I am able to be calm and comfortable in any environment.

I am also the go-to member of the MVPS team for printing, editing, colour-correction, and tech. With a printer in-house, we are able to bring your images to life in exactly the way you want them. Framing and custom orders are my specialty
